چکیده

This project paper is to give a prediction for the future of other viral pandemics and provide recommendations preparing therapies that could help in success effective treatments benefits patients life-threatening situations. The theory was proposed by Huu S. TIEU on March 25, 2019, he hypothesized any malfunctioning cell body have damaging effect. discusses Localized Oxygen Deprivation be contributing factor epidemic or affect function. based opinion does not sufficient evidence support claims made. Therefore, further in-depth study needed prove findings. author cites Hypoxia his idea, but claiming Hypoxia-Inducible Factor (HIF) has worked predictions. also tested using cow blood curd function, this test structured findings were supported evidence. To idea theory, into subject should conducted.

Coronavirus in severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).

In November 2002, an outbreak of a life-threatening ‘atypical pneumonia’ for which no etiological agent could be identified occurred in Guangdong Province, China. In March 2003, a similar outbreak was reported in Hong Kong [1]. Cases of similar respiratory illness were subsequently reported globally including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and USA. This syndrome is a new clinical ent...

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus and viral mimicry.

Sir—Viruses have evolved various strategies to counteract host-cell processes, notably our immune responses toward their invasion. Oleszak and colleagues reported that the spike proteins of coronaviruses, particularly the mouse hepatitis virus, bovine coronavirus, and transmissible gastroenteritis virus, display Fc gamma receptor activity. Such molecular mimicry of components of our own immune ...

Characterization of severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) spike glycoprotein-mediated viral entry.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) is a rapidly emerging pathogen with potentially serious consequences for public health. Here we describe conditions that result not only in the efficient expression of the SARS-CoV spike (S) protein on the surface of cells, but in its incorporation into lentiviral particles that can be used to transduce cells in an S glycoprote...

Detection of airborne severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus and environmental contamination in SARS outbreak units.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is characterized by a risk of nosocomial transmission; however, the risk of airborne transmission of SARS is unknown. During the Toronto outbreaks of SARS, we investigated environmental contamination in SARS units, by employing novel air sampling and conventional surface swabbing. Two polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive air samples were obtained fro...

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).

S evere acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) originated in the Guangdong province in southern China and spread by way of Hong Kong to the rest of the world in the spring of 2003. According to the most widely accepted theory at the time of this writing (July 2003), the likely culprit is a novel coronavirus that ‘‘jumped’’ from animals to humans. Thousands around the world have been infected and hun...
